Polish term or phrase: skrót złożonego dokumentu
Tłumaczę na angielski urzędowe poświadczenie odbioru formularza PIT-37 wysłanego drogą elektroniczną. Mam problem ze słowem "skrót" w dwóch zwrotach: "Skrót złożonego dokumentu - identyczny z wartością użytą do podpisu dokumentu" oraz "Skrót dokumentu w postaci otrzymanej przez system (łącznie z podpisem elektronicznym". Po obu zwrotach następuje ciąg liczb i cyfr. O jaki skrót chodzi i jak to przełożyć? Z góry dziękuję za pomoc!
