Any idea if it's a football game? "Targeting rule" is an American football term. "Triggered" means said rule was activated/triggered, etc. Not entirely sure how the word triggered is being used without more context. Could be that the rule was activated in the game, or it could mean a player did something wrong, and broke the rule.
