"L’activité d’exploration et de production ne fait pas courir de risque direct sur la santé physique des populations. De plus toutes nos émissions sont très contrôlées par les autorités, suivant un programme régulier, pour être en deçà des exigences péruviennes et internationales. "

I have started this as: "The exploration and production activity does not pose a direct risk to the physical health of the people. Furthermore, all our emissions are strictly controlled by the authorities, and are subject to a regular programme...."

But would "programme" be the relevant term here? Or would the use of something like "regulation" work better?
