In this context 'enough' is an intensifier as in 'oddly enough/surprisingly enough' i.e. surprising, but just surprising enough to be worth noting'. Examples are:-
"Surprisingly enough, the results are wholly different from what I expected."
"Surprisingly enough, the technique of cloning is quite simple."
The expression can be used cynically: say, you went for a walk with the dog in the pouring rain. Upon your return home, your wife asks:-
"Are you wet?"
You reply:-
"Surprisingly enough, I am soaked to the skin!"
Could I say for all these instances:-
'Şaşırtıcı bir şekilde' or better 'çok şaşırtıcı ama..' or 'şaşırtıcı olan şu ki' or, finally,
"sürpriz ama..".

Trying to translate literally would be misleading here in my opinion:

"Aslında/açıkçası sonuçlar beklediğimden çok farklı.
Aslında klonlama tekniği çok basit.
Aslında/açıkçası iliklerime kadar ıslandım."

Thanks to all for the their help. Salih's was the least help, since he offered no explanation of the meaning of the expression he gave. Zeki's examples appeal to me since he always shies off s literal translation. 'Surprisingly enough' is often merely a filler. On the other hand, Yusef offers a good idiom in cases where 'surprisingly enough' is more than just a filler. I have read from a friend that ne garipti ki is a good idiom to use in the third of my example sentences.
