I agree that "neighborhood market" does not sound natural in English. However, "mercado de vizinhança" is anything but natural in Portuguese. If the author meant "local market", they would likely use "mercado local". "Mercado de vizinhança" most likely refers to a small area, as small as a neighborhood, whereas the "local market" would refer to a county or municipality, that is, quite larger than a "vizinhança". This is likely a very small broker, who only has properties in a very small area to offer. |
