sarebbe la percentuale da pagare ogni certo periodo di tempo per i risultati che ottiene che ha la franchigia a chi l'ha creata,può essere ogni mese,o trimestrale ecc
mentre che la royalty di marketing sarebbe il pagamento al marchio per appunto il lavoro di marketing per promovuere chi ha fatto il contratto di franchigia
si potrebbe anche tradurre come canone di funzionamento e canone di marketing
