Spanish term or phrase: bolsillo francés
This is from a spreadsheet so there isn't much context.

Pantalón
Estilo pijama,en azul marino, bolsillo francés y botones dorados
Cordón ajustable en cintura

When I look for images of a bolsillo francés there are some pictures of narrow side pockets on trousers but I'm not sure what the equivalent term is in English. I did find a reference from the Urban dictionary to "French pocket: a pocket which has had the end sliced off to allow the wearer access to his or her genitals..." so I am loathe to use that as a translation now!

Thanks

There are several examples of its normal use (i.e. not the "Urban Dictionary" adolescent jokesite nonsense) to be found on Google:
"Tube skirt with side slits and French pockets. Contrast fabric waistband, invisible zipper on the back centre, and below the knee length."

agree  Charles Davis: So do I. (I think it's called francés because it has a French seam.)
