См. Explanation: На мой взгляд, здесь идет речь не о манипуляции радиосигнала с физ.-мат. позиций (constellation diagram). По-этому он и взят в кавычки, да еще со словом bit. Если вспомнить, что одним из значений "canstellation" является “группа (одинаковых элементов, образующих макроэлемент); совокупность”, то все оказывается проще. Моя логика такова. Если на каждой из поднесущих передаются различные (different) “битовые комбинации“ (ссылка 1), то перед OFDM-модуляцией они могут быть зашифрованы.
