Da quel che ho capito, se un utente acquista un servizio a pagamento (ad es. un programma pay-TV), l'hotel riceve una commissione sotto forma di accredito da parte del provider della pay-TV.

Probabilmente l'hotel già paga il servizio Pay-TV e l'utente paga l'eventuale consumo, pertanto se si offre all'hotel un piccolo accredito per ogni acquisto effettuato, alla fine l'addebito dell'hotel per il servizio pay-TV sarà inferiore.
