Explanation:
"dosen managemen" would be "lecturer on management" although the usual terms for management are "pimpinan, direksi," etc. I have never seen the term "prodi" in Indonesian but the last word is a bit free-wheeling and it since the leaning is heavily toward pidgin English ["dosen" borrowed from "docent," etc.] it seems most likely that "prodi" is a clipped "produksi." I would go with "dosen prodi managemen" = "lecturer on production management" unless I had reason to believe otherwise. Not a rigorous proof, but the best I can do with what we are given to work with. Some would be tempted to render "dosen" as "professor" but there is no justification for promoting a "dosen" when we have "guru besar" ["big teacher," "mahaguru" "great teacher" and even "profesor" for that distinction.
