This is a department/office in a retail clothing company. I asked the client to tell me what it means and this was their answer.
Le service de l’offre s’occupe de gérer l’offre produit des collections textile (plan de collection, objectifs de prix de vente et de marge, identité de style) de la marque ainsi que toute la communication/marketing autour de ce produit ( vitrine, merchandising, book de formation produits….)

Asker: Hi writeaway, its funny, but the main reason I found this term so difficult to translate is because of the huge scope of responsibilties being borne by the department - the link you posted describes exactly this sort of nightmare job. So thanks!
