It would help if you could give an indication of which FMA-Bescheid the text refers to. There’s nothing confidential about this, if that’s what your worried about - we’re talking about issues that are already in the public arena. But you can also contact me privately if you’d prefer.

This might well be a typo. Maybe “Rangrücktrittsdarlehen” or something like that? It’s certainly a term I’ve never encountered before, and it appears to be entirely undocumented. I suggest you locate the FMA-Bescheid referred to and see exactly what it says. It will be available on the FMA website (I already gave you a couple of links that should help you with this - and the Bescheid may even be available in English).
