Bonjour à tous,

Je ne vois pas comment traduire l'expression "challenge group" dans l'expression suivante:

"The “challenge” group may represent patients enrolled with anemia whose HCT is verified to be below 30% and the “control” group may represent any enrolled patient whose blood work meets certain criteria (e.g., HCT above 40%, INR below 3.5, and normal levels of acute phase proteins)."

Par opposition au groupe témoin, pourrait-on parler de "groupe d'épreuve", ou existe-t-il un terme consacré?
