Call en este contexto es conferencia, no necesariamente llamada (puede ser una teleconferencia como es lo más probable), con lo que sería una "conferencia general", aunque más adelante se usa "global" con lo cual podrías simplificarlo a "conferencia global" y listo, y se sobreentiende que todos tienen que participar, no hay un equivalente exacto para "all hands" excepto explicar que es "de todos" lo que es excesivamente wordy e innecesario.
