Hier geht es um Festlegungen für den Fall von Rechtsstreitigkeiten, an die sich der Lizenznehmer zu halten.

Ist das so gemeint, dass er einer Patenverletzung beschuldigt bzw. ihm diese zur Last (=charge of infringement) gelegt wird? Mir ist der Unterschied noch nicht zu 100% klar in diesem Mikrokontext, denn unter "threat" verstehe ich eine Klageandrohung wegen Patentverletzung, lawsuit wäre dann der Gerichtsprozess. Kann meine Interpretation für charge of infringement dann passen?
