Jusqu'à présent, la majorité des calculs d'incertitudes réalisés par XXX ont toujours utilisé un coefficient d'élargissement égal à yyy ou yyy pour simplifier les calculs.
Hors valorisation des chaînes redondantes ou de sélecteurs d'extrémum, le CNEN considère qu'il est cependant nécessaire d'identifier 2 cas possibles pour obtenir un niveau de confiance de yy%:
chaîne de mesure standard avec un test bilatéral, le coefficient d'élargissement Kp est égal à yyy;
franchissement d'un seuil avec un test unilatéral, le coefficient d'élargissement est égal à yyy
Désormais,..., le XXX indique que la valeur de yyy a été utilisée dans le dernier dossier ... envoyé ... à l'ASN et il recommande le choix de la valeur de yyy comme facteur d'élargissement, lorsque l'utilisation du test unilatéral peut se justifier, pour les calculs d'incertitude EPR (**EP**, ESS, STE, seuils de protection et de sauvegarde, RRC-A, RRC-B, PCC 2 à 4, CIA)."

EPR is the type of pressurised water reactor. ESS, could be the English acronym for environmental safety systems; STE could be Technical Operating Specifications or Technical Design Specifications; RRC could be Disaster Risk Reduction; I'm still trying to find out what PCC is; CIA, presumably, is not what most people think it is!

Same report has ESS as Evénement Significatif de Sûreté and STE as Spécifications Techniques d’Exploitation in case you were wondering. STE can also be (waste)water treatment plant.

No guarantees though, so client should confirm.
