A description of the sort of person who would join the franchise: "***un restaurateur aux affaires***, proche de ses clients; un cadre confirmé qui aime manager ses équipes, un commerçant doublé d'un vrai chef d’entreprise". Does this mean "a restaurateur who specialises in catering for business people", or a "business-like restaurateur"? Thanks in advance for any help!

agree  Tony M: Seems logical, linguistically... but a bit of a daft thing to say: "What we want is a restaurant manager who is going to run things" — duh! / yes, that makes sense!

  -> Of course, but they're not looking for a "restaurateur" who is a "chef" in the culinary sense, they want someone who can manage a business and get the most out of his employees..
