This is from the presentation of a skin and haircare company about how to improve their image in stores. The whole presentation talks about store shelving and how to present their products.
This term appears on a page with photos of store shelves and the L-shaped plastic band trim with the brand name on it
So, I've got an idea of what it might be, though the portefeuille bit has me confused...
