Seit Anfangs dieses Jahres zeichne ich als XXX (Firmenname) General Manager verantwortlich für Deutschland, Österreich und die Schweiz.

Non mi è molto chiaro il senso della frase. Zeichnen in questo contesto è sinonimo di bestimmen?

Anche se avrei usato "zeichne ab - unterzeichne", ma credo proprio il senso sia questo.
