personal skills Explanation: 教育機関のHPで最近、学生の教養・知識教育に加えて、社会人としての素養―『人間力』を教育することに触れるところが増えてますね。人間力（内閣府）・社会人基礎力（経済産業省）などの施策を受けてと思われます。話がそれてしまいそうなので、そこはもう深く触れませんけど。 人間力の言及する範囲（リンク参照）を理解してからの訳が必要かと思います。 一概にこれを『能力』と言っても、原文に先行している「全学共通教育、高度な専門的知識とそれを活用したデザイン力を養うための専門教育」を通して育むことができる能力と区別するため、そこなadjで何の能力かははっきりさせる必要があると思います。コミュニケーションや適応能力（国際性）、思考力などはpersonalなところにかかってくると思うので、私はpersonal skillsとします。 Reference: http://www.mext.go.jp/component/b_menu/shingi/toushin/__icsF... |

talent Explanation: Not a literal translation of 人間力 but these days in HR/Training & Development circles the word `talent` is used a lot as a generic expression/buzz word (jargon?) to express the ideas of `skilled workers`, `appropriate skill sets`, `personnel`, `HR` etc. |
