Survives is the word that comes to mind here...but not sure if entirely correct... this annex is subject to the contract terms / conditions and the contract survives all of its clauses? I think its along these lines, help appreciated

As Billh states "rotten legal drafting" - most modern translators try to avoid both latin phrases and old-fashioned English for the purposes of clarity.
