French term or phrase: AMO / ATMO I am translating phrases and charts from the website of real estate developer-consultants. The most complete phrase is: Management et surveillance de projets de travaux, *AMO* I found "project management assistance" through Proz. Now I have *AMO/ATMO*. Am I on the right track? Does anyone know what ATMO might be in this context? Peer comments on this answer (and responses from the answerer) neutral  mchd: Quel est le lien entre qualité de l'air et maîtrise d'ouvrage ? 7 hrs   -> I think you mean between it and "maîtrise d'oeuvre". We don't have much context, but it is quite possible the ATMO might have to be consulted over planning issues, e.g. vehicle traffic generated, parking spaces, interior air quality and emissions.
