I cannot find a technical word in English for the "glugging" sound of liquid pouring from a container with a small exit hole. The second link explains why it happens. The Free Dictionary link shows that it is a real word! But we all know that the result is liquid all over the place.

With a milk carton, the solution is easy - make a hole in the opposite corner of the top. This allows the air to enter as the milk is smoothly poured into the coffee cup!

"to clog up" suggests to me the presence of debris which blocks a pipe or a hole. I believe this is not the case in this context.
