Portuguese term or phrase: Ouvidoria
I am currently translating a piece where the phrase, "Ouvidoria Nacional de Direitos Humanos" is included and I want to be sure that I am translating this correctly into English.

I cannot find a translation for Ouvidoria in any of my dictionaries. Does anyone have a good definition for this?

Thanks e obrigada!
