Die Definition des Begriffes „Stammwürze“ basiert auf einer Modelllösung. Diese Modelllösung wurde ursprünglich 1843 von Carl Balling als „Gramm Saccharose in 100 g Lösung“ festgelegt und anfangs als Balling-Grad bezeichnet. Fritz Plato griff diese Definition um das Jahr 1900 wieder auf und definierte eine Beziehung zwischen der Dichte und der von ihm festgelegten Einheit °Plato. Diese Beziehung ist im Brauereibereich in Form der sogenannten Rohrzuckertabelle, welche vielfach auch als „Platotabelle“ bezeichnet wird, bis heute in Gebrauch [1].
Tabelle 2 zeigt einen Ausschnitt aus der Rohrzuckertabelle (Platotabelle), deren einzelne Spalten wir jetzt etwas näher betrachten werden.
Das „Gewichtsverhältnis SL 20/20°C“ bezeichnet das altertümliche „Tauchgewichtsverhältnis“ der Dichtemessung mittels Pyknometer. Dieser Wert entspricht in der praktischen Anwendung wertmäßig der Dichte D20/20.

Asker: Thanks, I know that but the term "relative density" is not dated i.e. altertümlich, but used to this very day. I need another term that was used like 150/100 years ago. Or I simply delete the sentence (not such a good idea)

Asker: Guys, the SL 20/20 is SG = specific gravity 20/20, so this is of no help.
