Взбитый каталонский крем с мороженым из орухо... Explanation: Я бы сказала, что orujo hemado - это мороженое. Как можно подать замороженое виски? А вот мороженое helado de crema de orujo в ресторанах встречается часто. Так что по-моему, лучший перевод был бы такой: Взбитый каталонский крем с мороженым из орухо и порошком из карамелизированных зерен кукурузы. |
