German term or phrase: absetzen
W wypisie szpitalnym odnoszącym się do gastrektomii z wykonaniem przetoki między przełykiem a jelitem czczym w przebiegu operacji jest napisane: "Unterfahren des Bulbus duodeni und Absetzen desselben mit dem Endo-GIA."
Wiem, że Endo-Gia jest staplerem endoskopowym. Nie wiem, czy absetzen jest "przeciąć" czy "zacisnąć" czy może jeszcze coś innego.
Wychodzi mi coś takiego: "Wsunięcie staplera Endo-GIA pod opuszkę dwunastnicy i zaciśnięcie (lub przecięcie)"
Wpisanie unterfahren absetzen (abgesetzt) Endo-GIA pokazuje różne rzeczy, ale i tak nie ogarniam.
Będę wdzięczny znawcom tematu za pomoc
