Në ngastrën me nr. X gjendet objekti i ri i banimit - karabine i tipit P+1 +NK (i pa përfunduar pa dritare etj.) nga materiali i fortë

I wonder what +NK stands for (I found out that P+1 means përdhes plus kati i parë but I can't find +NK). Couldt be "nën konstrukcion", since it also says karabine and pa përfunduar? However, all (few) hits for "nën konstrukcion" relate to web pages under construction.

Thanks a lot Sherefedin - I think it has to be attic, because in the same context I have bodrum for basement.
