agree  673286 (X): Да (но точнее не освобождается от отв-ти за анти-конкуренционное наруш-е). Но где синтаксический хвост выраж-я nor is? Хочется добавить: nor is the fact that (далее длин. изложение факта) to be taken into consid. Просто хвост выпадает за неудобностью.
