At any time after the Buyer gives the Shareholder Representative written notice pursuant to the Share Purchase Agreement dated August 12, 2004 among Buyer, XXXXX (the "Company"), the Shareholders of the Company and XXXXX Ltda. (the "Share Purchase Agreement") that the Buyer is making an indemnification claim, the Buyer shall have the right to send to the Escrow Agent a notice(the "Escrow Agent Notice" (i) stating the basis of the Claim,(ii) stating the amount of the Claim, or if the amount cannot then be determined, a reasonable estimate of such amount,(iii) stating that such notice constitutes a "Notice of Claim" for purposes of these instructions, and (i win the case of a Claim with respect to any litigation or legal proceeding listed on a schedule to the Share Purchase Agreement or a Special Tax Claim (a "Scheduled Matter Claim"), evidence that the matter is a Scheduled Matter Claim. At the time Buyer sends an Escrow Agent Notice to Escrow Agent, Buyer also shall send a copy of such notice to the Shareholder Representative. The Escrow Agent Notice shall contain specific instructions to the Escrow Agent regarding (i) the source of funds, (ii) the amount to be released, and (iii) the bank and account to which the funds should be transferred.

I know all the translations for claim but none seems to fit just right here... I suspect this is already a translation into Inglish... Any help appreciated.
