Für den Fall, dass dieses Vertragsverhältnis ordentlich oder außerordentlich gekündigt werden sollte, ist der Auftragnehmer auf entsprechende Anforderung des Auftraggebers zur Nachleistung verpflichtet.

Diese Verpflichtung gilt für eine Dauer von bis zu 9 Monaten nach Ablauf der jeweiligen Kündigungsfrist.
