De acuerdo con el glosario de proz la acepción más comúnmente utilizada para sourcing es contratación pero en este contexto considero que no aplica más bíen estaba pensando en traducirlo como captación/reclutamiento considerando la explicación que se muestra en parentesis a continuación (looking for partners).
