para una retroalimentación objetiva/impacial Explanation: Que es como lo entiendo yo. "Equitativo" en español tiene otros matices. Otra opción sería "igualitaria". To allow time = permitir tiempo suficiente I think that "equitable" feedback is not intended to forbid unbiased opinions, so it doesn't mean impartial feedback. It means equitable opportunity to provide feedback, IMO.
