Spanish term or phrase: atención interna y externa radiotelefónica
Hi,

I'm translating a CV from Spanish to British English. One of the past jobs mentioned is a reception assistant for a hotel. The description of this role contains the tricky phrase. Here is the full description of her role tomorrow to give you full context:

I'm not 100%-sure what "atención interna y externa" is meant to mean. Is it related to customer service? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
