Hat das nur ein Erdgeschoss oder Erdgeschoss und 1. Stock? Ist jednopietrowy dasselbe?

Eingeschossig ist hier das Zauberwort m.E. In Deutsch übrigens noch eindeutiger als in Polnisch, und zwar handelt es sich hier um ein Parterrehaus, ohne obere Geschosse.
In den Links finden sich aber auch Häuser mit 1 1/2 Geschossen, offensichtlich gelten sie als "eingeschossig".
