I'm not sure why you yelled at me ("NO!") in response to my answer and I don't care to get into an argument with you about the merits of my proposal. I just wanted to be sure that you understand that corporate bylaws are generally for internal consumption. They are not filed with any government body (http://smallbusiness.findlaw.com/incorporation-and-legal-str... Are those indeed corporate bylaws filed with the government for registration purposes? Is it an internal document? What is the purpose of your translation - internal, legal document to be used in litigation or arbitration, etc? These are all the things one needs to know to determine what to call this.
