"properties" would imply some sort of ownership - which you haven't mentioned in the context supplied. Now, this is possible, as in the case of Marriott and the like, where you buy into a (usually expensive, high-end) complex, a bit like time share, in which case -- and only if the marketing is being addressed to the potential owners themselves, rather than to holidaymakers -- "properties" would be appropriate.
Is this what you're talking about here, or is it simply a holiday brochure covering one or more resorts?

It is very tricky without the specific context, since the term covers so many options in English, as Tony points out. My instinct would be the sort of residential holiday complex Tony describes, given the context of the sentence. Carol's 'Accommodation' would work perfectly well if you really can't find out exactly what sort of places they are, though it might not pack the same marketing punch as is intended with the French.

'Avec pour villégiatures' does not sound French to me ... Same comment with 'qui demeure aujourd'hui véritable' ...

I translated a whole website for a large tourist company, and their accommodation covered anything from yurts to tree houses to luxury cottages or hotel accommodation. So it might be a good idea to opt for something fairly vague that covers everything except when you happen to know that you are specifically dealing with a particular type of lodging/accommodation

It is just conceivable that the little phrase "...du temps pour prendre soin de soi." might imply there are some kind of centralized facilities (spa, fitness, beauty salon, pool, etc.) Then again, it might just mean there's nothing to do except lounge around... ;-)

It's really hard to tell, as the term is used in so many different ways; you may need to try to glean further clues from the rest of your text.

It could simply mean '(what we regard as) a luxury home' — in both FR and EN, 'residence' is a rather formal (or pretentious!) term for a house, home, etc.
Then again, some specifically holiday 'résidences' are what we would call a 'resort' — not as in a 'seaside resort' (station balnéaire), but rather as in a self-contained complex with hotel, perhaps pool, other leisure facilities, private beach, etc.

In other contexts, a 'résidence' may just be a 'block of flats [BE] / apartments [AE]'; likewise, it can be a '(housing) development' — the sort of thing that may be walled and have some communal facilities.

Then there are 'résidences (hôtelières)', which are probably what we'd call a 'resort hotel' — though the description is sometimes a little optimistic!

Maybe from your wider context you will be able to see if any of those seems pluaisble?
