unexpired loan charged against

Explanation:
crédito no vencido would be an "unexpired loan" (see crédito vencido), even though "loan" has other terms, in this sense it has a meaning of loan like crédito reestructurado, restructured loan

neutral  Billh: no its not a loan

disagree  Andy Watkinson: Were it a restructured or rescheduled loan (which it it isn't), it would say so. Pls. Re-read the Spanish. It's simply not a loan. Pls. look up "factoring"/"reverse factoring" ("Confirming" as it's called in Spanish).

-> please look up crédito vencido and the other forms of crédito as used in this context such as Créditos Directos: Es la suma de los créditos vigentes, reestructurados, refinanciados, vencidos y en cobranza judicial in which the term crédito means "loan"
