de tercero" in the below context, please:

"El contrato de descuento consiste, en una definición
descriptiva, en la entrega de una suma de dinero por parte del banco a su cliente,

de tercero. El monto de la entrega realizada por el banco está determinado por el

disagree  Andy Watkinson: Were it a restructured or rescheduled loan (which it it isn't), it would say so. Pls. Re-read the Spanish. It's simply not a loan. Pls. look up "factoring"/"reverse factoring" ("Confirming" as it's called in Spanish).
