open-phase or off-phase operation Explanation: The utility model is part of a three-phase asynchronous motor off phase protection The utility model discloses an open-phase protector for a three phase asynchronous motor, adopting a three phase bridge linkage circuit device which comprises a rectifying element, an electrolytic capacitor and a direct current relay by routine connections. When any phase of the three phase power supply cord is cut off, the utility model of the open-phase protector can cut off a power supply rapidly in 0.3-0.5 seconds, so that the purpose of protecting a motor from being burnt out can be obtained. The open-phase protector has simple line and low cost, being applicable for countryside.
