Taken from the bottom of a Mexican document from a cemetery, I am not sure what kind of document it is because it's mostly illegible. I believe the person involved has bought a plot at a cemetery and has agreed to pay for it monthly. This appears just before the holder signs to agree to the monthly payments.

The sentence starts: En el entendido de que la falta de pago punctual de cualquiera de ellos dara por vencido anticipadamente el adeudo total, volviendose este pagaré a la vista que causara un interes moratorio a razon del _____% mensual.

agree  Anna Heath: I agree, but Carole's answer is more succinct. While style is not always the first priority and you're completely correct, I must say I prefer Carole's translation this time.

  -> Thanks Anna, but although Carole's answer is in plain English, it is technically incorrect, as it referrs to a non-existent loan. Also, my suggestion is written in formal language appropriate to a document.
