È una macchina in grado di simulare le diverse condizioni atmosferiche. Qualcuno sa se c'è un nome in italiano oppure è solo possibile usare un giro di parole ?

Explanation:
Bewetterung e' "invecchiamento artificiale".
Direi pertanto "macchina per l'invecchiamento artificiale". Solo che su Google non ci sono risultati, neanche per camera o impianto, ma per la verita' anche per "Bewetterungsmaschine" me ne da' solo due o tre.
Forse ti ho dato uno spunto?

Invecchiamento artificiale significa: esposizione agli agenti atmosferici (vento, caldo, gelo ecc.), come hai specificato nella tua domanda
