1. Two selection needles (15), one for the top and one for the bottom warp sheet, separate the leading warp end from each of the two warp sheets. The warp end is pushed under the feeder point (16) by the hook in the selection needle, the feeder point then taking over the warp end and transferring it to the thread clamps.

2. The knotter (22) takes over the top and the bottom warp ends from the thread clamps, wraps them round the sleeve (26) - thus forming the knot loop - and then lays them in the hook of the knotter needle.

Drugie można pewnie oddać jako "igła wiązarki", a pierwsze? Wyborcza? Znalazłem też gdzieś w Internecie coś takiego jak "selector needle", nie wiem czy to to samo. W polskim Google przewala się gdzieś czasem "selektor" w kontekście przyrządów do maszyn włókienniczych, ale nie znalazłem nic ciekawego. Można by zaryzykować "igła selektora", ale pewność prawie zeraowa.
