Este "bilhead" refere-se ao "papel timbrado" da empresa, aquelas folhas de papel (normalmente A4, mas pode ter outras dimensões), com o logotipo/timbre da empresa no topo/cabeçalho da folha, e nas quais se podem imprimir diversas coisas/documentos da empresa, entre os quais faturas, recibos, notas de crédito/débito, orçamentos, etc.

O "billhead" também se pode referir apenas ao cabeçalho propriamente dito; mas neste caso, julgo que é óbvio que se refere ao "papel timbrado" da empresa.

Entretanto, reparei que "billheads" está no plural, pelo que então tanto pode referir-se aos diferentes "papéis timbrados" como pode estar a referir-se aos diferentes "cabeçalhos/timbres": as empresas/empresários podem usar mais que um timbre simultaneamente, e podem mudar de timbre ao longo do tempo (por ex., por mudarem o endereço da sede, ou por quererem alterar a imagem do timbre).

Vendo bem, o termo "billhead" está mais associado a "timbre/cabeçalho" do que a "papel timbrado" (vd links abaixo).
Portanto, creio que também é muito possível que neste caso estes "billheads" se refiram aos "timbres" que aparecem nos cabeçalhos das folhas de papel.

De qualquer forma, e embora reconhecendo que não é recomendável fazê-lo, optei por deixar as 2 sugestões, pois aparentemente são ambas viáveis, e assim os colegas podem eventualmente ajudar a decidir qual a mais adequada.

agree  Danik 2014: Parece que é esta. Vd.:http://www.webbusca.com.br/tradutor/portugues-ingles/billhea... Para a questão em si me parece que o importante é o timbre próprio e não o tipo de impresso já que se trata dos indicadores de autonomia da empresa.
