Tłumaczę tekst dotyczący oceny wyników pracy pracownika i planu jego rozwoju. W tekście pojawiają się trzy terminy, które można przetłumaczyć jako "cel", mianowicie:

- objective (Please rate the performance during the previous period for every objective set at the start of the period.)
- target (These objectives should focus on helping you attain targets.)
- goal (Please give the context for the development plan here, what is the goal of this plan and/or what is the employee supposed to be able to do or achieve after the plan has been completed?)

"Goals" i "objectives" mogłabym zostawić jako "cele", ale nie wiem co zrobić z "targets". Spotykałam się wcześniej z tłumaczeniem "target" jako "zadanie/zadania", ale w tym tekście mam też "tasks", które zostały tak przetłumaczone.

Klient nie mówi po polsku, więc za dużo mi nie pomoże:) Będę wdzięczna za sugestie.
