Mendoj që "social goal" përshtatet më mirë në këtë fjali. Mendoj kështu kur bazohem në vargun "të arrije me në fund të nisë realizimin e programit të saj pra të qëllimit të saj social". Këtu fjala "pra" vazhdon domethënien e fjalëve "të arrije me në fund të nisë realizimin e programit të saj" në "të qëllimit të saj social".
