- Démonter les patins à remplacer, le remplacement doit se faire par 2 ou par 4, si l’ensemble concerné est guidé par un ou deux rails.
- Graisser les cages de recirculation des billes, avant le montage.
- Introduire les patins sur le rail de guidage et embecter les vis jusqu’en appui sans les serrer.
- Faire un essai de fonctionnement pour aligner les patins et détecter des éventuels « dur » ou bruit lors du fonctionnement.
