Хотя enrollment, скорее, зачисление, я бы все же остановилась на обучении, потому что "зачисление" может неправильно быть воспринято читателем текста - как уже зачисление в университет, чего, собственно, нет.

Мне кажется, что ссылка на Википедию может только запутать. Здесь ведь четко говорится, в чем суть программы.

Уверяю, без расшифровки англоязычному dual enrollment так же непонятно, как и параллельное обучение, вот для этого в тексте и дается расшифровка. Я - аккредитованный учитель в Австралии, поэтому с терминологией очень хорошо знакома.

P.S. К тому же основная идея Вашего ответа в том, что учебная программа для старших классов школы составляется в сотрудничестве с преподами из вузов, а статья в Вики говорит немного о другом - старшеклассники могут параллельно со школой начать учиться в вузе, а также этот термин может означать, что студент учится в двух разных вузах или, как более редкий вариант, параллельно на двух направлениях/специальностях в пределах одного вуза.
(я так понял смысл при беглом прочтении статьи в Wiki)

Найденный контекст я привёл для желающих предложить другие варианты перевода. Хотелось бы найти такой вариант, чтобы смысл был понятен самому широкому кругу читателей и не вызывал бы вопросов и недопонимания. Если обычный читатель прочитает "модель параллельного обучения", то будет долго гадать, что же там у них параллельное-то.

Если бы термин встретился просто в тексте, то перевела бы описательно: "программа, позволяющая прослушивать курсы в колледже, будучи учащимся в школе". Но так как термин является частью названия, то нужно что-то более понятное русскоязычному человеку и компактное.
