agree  philgoddard: You need to use hyphens, option-to-purchase, otherwise it's ambiguous. // That's like saying "proper punctuation is not my style" :-)

disagree  Adrian MM. (X): Onerous is a false friend. Liquidators and receivers in a UK company context can disclaim the insolvent company's 'onerous' contracts, like leases with burdensome covenants. //Pls. Jude, stop being Obscure.

-> off track tom!lease options are valid before the court of law and you have role and extension or direct purchase options.//Stay Opal then Tom!Goodluck??'

Contract for valuable consideration with (an) option to buy/purchase

Explanation:
You can't really say it's a purchase contract, otherwise you would be mistranslating the "option" part of the text.

Reciprocal Contract for Option-To-Purchase

Explanation:
A contrato oneroso, is actually a type of contract wherein both parties must enter into mutually obliged terms of benefit and obligation:

In English this is a Reciprocal Contract: RECIPROCAL CONTRACT, civil law. One in which the parties enter into mutual engagements. legal-dictionary.thefreedictionary.com/Reciprocal+contract

Contrato Oneroso is a set term, it is a type of contract.

Tom's disagree fails to understand this or the nature of what it means.

It is by definition a Reciprocal Contract, and this does not mean both Parties have the option to buy, that is just a plain failure to understand the nature of what a reciprocal contract is.

disagree  Adrian MM. (X): reciprocal is the same as mutual and would imply that both sides have an option to buy. A logical fallacy. //You shouldn't be looking up the terms but know - from your practical conveyancing experience - that there can't be a reciprocal call option.
9 hrs
-> it's not a reciprocal call option, you are the one making incorrect interpretations of meaning, the contract is reciprocal, not the option to buy, and the idea that definitions of terms are just there for show is ridiculous
