English term or phrase: formwork marks

Es geht um Kohlenstoffgewebe, die zur Verstärkung von Tragwerken aus Beton etc. dienen.

"The surface must be ground to remove the laitance layer of the concrete as well as may any variations and *formwork marks*
greater than 0.5 mm."

Ich vermute, dass das Eingesternte hier Schalungsabdrücke bei der Betonherstellung sind, zumal es vorher noch heißt "Before preparing the substrate for the application, the substrate must be thoroughly inspected and any unsound material (such as areas of damaged concrete, pieces of the original wooden *formwork*) must be removed.", was auf Abdrücke durch die Holzverschalung hindeutet.

Allerdings ist mir nicht bekannt, dass diese Abrücke gemessen werden ("greater than 0.5 mm"), daher bleibt die Frage, ob das hier wirklich gemeint ist.
