Hallo,

ich habe für "maîtrise d'oeuvre" die Übersetzung "Baubetreuung" gefunden (iate.eu), bin davon aber nicht ganz überzeugt.
In KudoZ gab es einen Glossareintrag, wo der Begriff mit "Bauleitung" übersetzt war. Diese Übersetzung habe ich aber schon für "Direction de travaux" verwendet. Hier sind einige Kontextbeispiele, das erste enthält die Definition des Begriffs:

Interviewer, sélectionner et confirmer la nomination de tous les consultants qui ensemble formeront la Maîtrise d‘Oeuvre.

Ich tendiere nun dazu "maîtrise d'oeuvre" mit "Bauleitung" und "Direction de travaux" mit "Baustellenleitung" zu übersetzen. Danke für Zustimmung oder Widerspruch oder bessere Ideen!

disagree  Rolf Kern: Der Bauherr ist der Auftraggeber eines Bauwerks und nicht der Ausführende. Er heisst "maître de l'ouvrage"
